Let's go for Bluegrass in Morvan 2024, MAY 24 - 27!
This Bluegrass & Old Time meeting will be at The Lac des Settons (Nievre, France), a magnificent place that some of you already know.
It is a great joy to announce this year a Jam Hall - France Bluegrass Music Association partnership to bring meeting, music, sharing and friendship to life!
Bluegrass en Morvan 2024 will start Friday, May 24 at 4 pm, and will end Monday, May 27 at 10 am. Booking will be available from febraury 15th 2024, with the Hello Asso platform.
You just have to choose your 3-day, 2-day, 1-day package, in a Chalet, Tipi or Camping / motorhome and your options (number of meals, sheet kits, etc.) Payments are made by credit card on Hello Asso.
We have favored comfortable collective accommodation in order to offer you reasonable rates.
The accommodations available and pre-booked by Jam-Hall are:
- 3 chalets for 4 to 6 people,
- 1 teepees for 4 people,
- Camping and Caravanning area
with electric hook-up.
However, if you would like individual accommodation on site (excluding meals), you can contact the Activital base directly.
In this case, you will only have to pay for the accommodation directly to Activital.
Then you book and pay for your meals on the jam-hall.com website via the Hello Asso platform.
The Lac des Settons Activital nautic base site is very pleasant.
No need for a car there.
Accommodation, cafeteria and multiple jamming venues are all within easy reach. We'll have the 1000 Club, a permanent building for jams, workshops, concerts, have a drink, briefings, fridges, instrument storage.
A large Barnum of 12 x 6 meters is also reserved for us for jams and concerts sheltered from the sun or in case of bad weather.
The month of May marks the start of the tourist season at the Lac des Settons. Many water activities are possible if you come with children. Bring your swimsuits to take a dive between fast tempo jams!

Sorry but no. Taking care of the bank checks and a few other annoying things are time and energy-consuming tasks. We prefer using it to organize the best conditions for the event.
We incur organizing costs for this event, travel or bank charges for example, which must be covered by other means than our personal funding.

Yes, as asked by the nautic base's director. He leaves us a two months preference on these accommodations. Any longer could be detrimental to him if he declines other customers and we don't fill.
Hello Asso offers a fully secured payment system, they should earn something for that. You may modify or even remove it if you want.
No, the booking is made chronologically. We will try to arrange if you have special demand, but we cannot make any promises.
Yes! Just let us know your special diet before March 30th.
Yes, during the day and evening. The instruments will be kept safe in the 1000 club, it will be locked during meals. During the night, your instruments are your responsibility.
You can park near the chalets and teepees lodgings (to unload your luggage), but preferably on the parking lot near the entrance.
